Sylvia Blashko

Sylvia Blashko is an artist who lives, paints, and teaches in Edmonton, Alberta. Sylvia works primarily with oil on canvas and with watercolor.

Since she graduated with a Masters degree in Painting from the University of Alberta in 1985 she has exhibited her work in many solo exhibitions. Her work appears in numerous private and corporate collections as well as the University of Alberta Special Collection, Alberta Registered Nurses Association, Athabasca University, MacKenzie Health Sciences Centre and the Alberta Foundation for the Arts.

The Big Pixel Inc. produced the two limited reproduction works shown here as part of Sylvia's September 2004 solo exhibition Sacred Realm presented at the Front Gallery in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
